浅析雇佣关系中的商业秘密保护与竞业禁止制度

商业秘密能够给权利人带来巨大的经济价值或竞争优势，因此要加强对商业秘密的保护，尤其是要加强对雇佣关系中的商业秘密的保护。在雇佣关系中，商业秘密权的保护与 择业自由权的保护存在着冲突，是保护商业秘密的难点。竞业禁止作为保护商业秘密的手段，同时存在于在职期间和离职后，雇主通常与雇员签订竞业禁止协议来保护商业秘密，如何确认竞业禁止协议的合法性、合理性问题是保护商业秘密的又一个难点。     

An Analysis on the Altitude of Industrial Structure of Chongqing

To supply an even more amplitude background for the analysis on the quality of the structure of Chongqing, this paper analyzed the altitudes of employment structure and production value structure among three industry structures in Chongqing, then an static and dynamic comparison with other countries of DIFFERENT levels on the basis of grasping Chongqing's status in Western Area. An structural explanation of ChongQing's economy development stage aiming at giving an even more amplitude background to analyze the essence of its industrial structure.     

Employment

The 1990s began with unprecedented market conditions for labour: unemployment rates were reaching their highest level in over 50 years, participation in the labour market had fallen to historically low levels and net emigration was widespread across all occupations. It seemed that things could only get better. While some did benefit from the limited growth that took place in the nineties, many did not. The greater inequality generated during the 1980s was fanned by the deregulation of the labour market and remained undiminished throughout the following decade. The marked reduction in manufacturing employment in the 1980s continued into the early 1990s negatively impacting Maori and Pacific Island men and women in particular. Increasingly post‐secondary school education became necessary to gain entry into regular work and those with little formal education and few work skills fell further down the queue. These changes are closely allied to the processes of globalisation which is already exercising considerable influence on the employment opportunities of New Zealanders.     

Pacific Islanders

This paper examines some of the socio‐demographic changes which have occurred in the Pacific‐descent population in New Zealand in the last decade. It examines significant shifts which have occurred in the social and economic characteristics of overseas and locally‐born sub‐populations and identifies some of the factors which have produced these. The chapter points to the growing internal socio‐demographic diversity within the Pacific population and argues that we may need to think about this population in different ways in the near future.     

从用人单位对大学生的需求谈我校就业对策

近年来,大学生就业难已成为全社会关注的一个热点,造成这一问题的原因主要来自于社会、学校和毕业生。通过对用人单位对大学生需求的调查,从调整专业设置、建立和完善就业指导和服务体系、提高毕业生就业竞争力、转变就业观念、拓展就业市场、开展创新教育等几个方面出发,对缓解大学生就业压力提出了设想和对策。     

以提高人才竞争力为核心,促进毕业生就业——基于农科本科人才就业与社会需求调查的教学改革研究

通过调查四川农业大学农科本科人才就业情况和四川省农业系统用人单位人才需求及新兴岗位预测,综合分析了社会需求、毕业生就业与学校人才培养情况,认为四川农业发展是农科本科毕业生就业的根本保证,优化学生知识结构和提高人才培养质量是促进学生就业的关键,从政府管理、学校课程体系、教学建设与改革、实践教学和毕业生就业工作方面提出了促进毕业生就业和服务"三农"的建议,对农科本科教育更好地为农业现代化建设提供人才保障和农科本科教育科学发展有重要参考价值。     

洛阳农专99届毕业生就现状的调查与思考

对洛阳农专99届毕业生就业现状进行了调查分析，讨论了产生此现状的原因，并在此基础上提出了解决问题的思路和对策。     

Investigation and Study on Employment Status of Migrant Workers in Heilongjiang Province

With the gradual acceleration of urbanization speed and continuous improvements of agricultural productivity, the number of migrant workers is increasing. The living conditions of this group in cities determine the quality of urbanization in China, and are of great and far-reaching significance to Chinese construction of comprehensive well-off society. This study took the migrant workers in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, and took the representative new-generation migrant workers as the respondent to have a comprehensive analysis of the employment status. The study focused on these aspects, such as nature information, employment selection, employment quality, and social security, etc. Finally, it provided valuable ideas and methods on the reasonable solutions of the employment problems of the migrant workers to better increase farmers’ income and improve their living qualities.     

重庆市经济增长与就业关系的实证研究

利用重庆市1978-2003年人均GDP和三产业就业资料,采用回归分析,研究经济增长对重庆市就业率增长的贡献.结果表明,经济增长对就业的贡献率逐渐降低,同时提出在经济增长的同时能增加就业的几点建议.     

关于构建高校毕业生就业率统计体系的思考

毕业生就业率是一所学校毕业生就业状况最直接的量化反映。本文对高校毕业生就业及就业率的基本内涵进行了界定，分析了当前高校毕业生就业率统计体系存在的主要问题，提出了构建合理化、科学化就业率统计体系的思路与方法。
